Notes

I aimed to do the Sprinholm Loop at Marathon pace or how body felt. I log this run as a "Fast Run" in terms of effort. I did the first mile at 9.35 up hill nice and easy and aimed to run faster for the remainder of the course. I felt strong and good as the miles increased and tried to maintain a faster but comfortable pace. I always run fast for last half mile ... cannot help it. I just try no matter the distance to visualise what the last mile or half mile should feel at the Marathon so I give it all. It is beautiful and comfortable but I do know in my heart will be tough and challenging at 25th mile point to achieve and feel the same. The main thing though is that I build the vision, the image and taste the feeling of how it Must Be ....Can Be .... .... Will Be... Shall Be.....
