Beautiful run in the trail/soft grounds of Cally Palace at Gatehouse of Fleet. First half mile walked and then run. I felt like the old good days when running is easy and in a flow. There was no effort, I felt light on the flat, up hill or down hill. It was a very dynamic run in a sense that my body felt so right and pleased in a natural way. As I said to Franc today I run like a "Child". It feels so great being able to run again and I know I will treasure the experience even more now.
