Garmin 'died' on the way. I run 5.2 as distance is previously measured. I felt good and light for first mile but then felt heavy and tired for not known reason as I slept good last night. We all get days like this so I kept on running the loop around the river Nith.
My body is not at it's best. I know I have borrowed time to run and strictly speaking I was meant to be running. But I do as my body allowed me to do so without doing any harm. What else can I ask?
I felt I was running low 9's pace. Left foot / Perennial muscle still problematic and also right foot slightly tensed. My body is not in an very good form (meaning my feet) but I feel strong otherwise.
