What a turn around for today's run as to that of my previous one!
Today was a special day for me receiving the Holy Communion in my Greek Church up in Glasgow. It is a great feeling having this closeness to God. Easter means a lot to me. Franc came with me to Glasgow and it made even more special.
Following our long trip of 4 to 5 hours journey I had not anticipate that I would be able to run but I did and actually my run went really well. No CS, no numbness and No ackes and pains on the neck or back. So, no complaints really. I felt happy running in the sun but it felt fresh and cool up on those hills.
Yesterday's session with Jan De Vries did miracles for me. This man has healing powers indeed.
