Alternating Front Crawl to Back Stroke. I did an extra 10 lengths today which is good.
Foot was a little tender in the water to start with but it got better so much better than last week. Slow recovery but I am getting there.
Sauna and the Steam Room seems to do wonders for the foot. It is amazing how much likes the heat and the moisture in the air. I also do some gentle Physio exercises such as stretching and flexing the foot and hold for 10 sec but very gently.
It is a blessing that I can swim at least. Still with painkillers but decreasing them with time. I sleep better during the night. I miss my running though!!!!!!!!!
