Notes

Pain on left foot (Peroneal Tendon close to 5th metatarsal) was less today. I was able to kick feet in the water but I felt that the right foot was still doing most of the work to protect the injured foot. Definitely not ready for any impact sport. It is going to take at least two more weeks before I will be able to take the running step. I was familiar with symptoms of fracture and I completely dismissed the possibility of tendonitis. Over the last weeks I felt pressure on metatarsal and felt that it was the bones I had trouble with. Instead, I now recognise that an injury to the Peroneal Tendon is as bad as a fracture if overlooked.
