This was a tough Loop. I had lots of pain on both legs and I felt the urge to stop every step of the way. Legs did not have it. I knew that Susan was running her marathon at the same time so I pushed hard but did not have it. Although I was aiming to run 10 miles I could not bring myself to do more than just the loop. I used all my effort and more to do this run. Numbness and CS at the same time.
