I have now decided (after my little fast workout lastnight) that I need to take it easy and continue to monitor the CS. Last night I tested body by doing fast strides just for approximately 1/2 mile. I was running very well in a steady pace prior to this. When doing strided I felt great but the symptoms started again as usual the day after at am hours when walking up and down stairs. So, I have to be aware still of fast workouts and adjust my running to a comfortable pace so not the hurt the body. It is good to know where I stand and adjust my running accordingly. A bit disapointed as I was hoping that maybe CS was a case of the past but it is still with me. One of the reasons of experiencing cramps during my Marathon.
