Good News that I can now swim without the pain of inflammation on upper body. This was my first proper swim in almost a year pain free and since the use of crutches.
I felt relaxed as I was alternating Front Crawl to Back Stroke, of course inspired by the Olympics and Michael Phelps. What a guy and with many medals to bring back to his home + breaking the record of the Russian Lady.
So, I can now fit at least one swim per week into my fitness programme.
My left leg / quad and IT band still holds. Not ready yet to take the step.
Walking does not hurt and swimming is good along with my morning stretching / Yoga workouts. I just have to fight the stage of life and it's side affects. Slowly but gradually I am getting there but it is hard work.
