Frankie Inspired me today to do Interval Workout. He mentioned 2 mn fast pace with 1 min recovery X 5. I did 1 min faster pace at 90% effort with 1 min recovery x 10! I was impressed that I held it together. It has been a good 2 years now since I ever did anything taxing. I ran fast but to the extent that would not kill my breathing! So, I managed to Enjoy the ride!!!!!!! -:) Happy Birthday my Frankie . . . You are only 65 years young today -:) and still the Boss of the roads!!!!!!!!
