Notes
An easy run in a very cold / freezing day. It was the freezing wind that made things worse. It is almost snowy weather and it hurts on the face.
I just went out for a recovery run after yesterday's long run. I felt light but body felt yesterday's workout and it's limitations. I enjoyed this run although I had no plans going out. It was a bonus run because my feelt felt normal.
It is good to run.
