Notes
For first mile I struggled. Following an 800 mt swim and with nothing to eat I went running. I was depleted. This was not a good day. However, had I eaten before I would have not been able to run anyway. When there is pressure of time things do not work out. However, today was a 'Die Hard' Day.
For first mile I missed to start my Garmin and of course my brain reminded me at exactly first mile point that I did not hear the buzzing Garmin sound. The brain is an amazing thing indeed. So, I then started my watch for next two miles. Today I could not do more than what I did. I felt 'dead'. 2nd and 3rd mile I pushed it a bit but first mile felt very ..very slow. And I am sure it was but I have now time for it.
As Franc said, I did what I could and it is better than nothing. For me though, been All or Nothing, it was a compromise run. I am not good with this type of runs. I very rarely, than God, get them. I feel so wiped out and in need to have food. There is now way today I would have run any distance and push it. Tomorrow is definitely my day off.
