Notes
A 7 miler on the Trail. Joint effort with Franc. It was beautiful and sunny and when weather is like today it all becomes magic. We need the sun. I love trail runs. My foot struggled on the rocky / stony surface for a few miles. We followed the perimeter of the forest so we had lovely open views of the valleys around Mabie Forest.
I worked hard for 7 miles although felt tired. So, I was pleased with the outcome.
Franc run well and continued his run / another 4 miles back home of the road. So, he put an 11 mile today. I went to my 4 legged friend Jimmy thereafter and gave him his apple and carrots. He loved his treat. It is just about a year now that I have established a good relationship with Jimmy. He looks so happy to have all goodies and gives me many hot sloppy kisses after that. Horses are so intelligent and good friends to the man.
