Notes
This was a tough 7 miler on deep snow that was icy-hard on certain parts of the course around the town. It was hard on the legs and it took some extra effort to drive through the long hard icy paths at times. However, it was so beautiful running in all that amazing whiteness of the universe while the sun was melting the snow fast. We have not seen the sun for at least a month and having both heavy snow and sun it is an amazing grace.
On arrival home I felt I had run 14 miles rather than 7 as one mile counted on my legs for two.
