Notes

An Easy Run in terms of pace and route but a Tough One in the cold wind. Franc and I had agreed to do 16 miles together but I exceeded this. Exceeding is my new mantra borrowed by Yannis Kouros. Exceeding & going beyond what one sets as a goal. It is my new motivation. As another would put it 'without limits'.

I felt good today in body and soul. I had a beautiful experience just beyond Breman Park near the water facing the beautiful Down Town Boston from across the water. I LOVED THAT SPOT. Billy Jean came on my ipod and I was almost running / dancing in a moon walk motion. It was so bitterly windy/cold to the face there at that point which made it even more interesting because of the weather element. It was so beautiful inside and outside. I did about 10 little loops on the spot around the pillars and constantly looking at the Boston high raising buildings. I LOVE BOSTON. This will remain a beautiful memory for me to the day I go. Running takes one places that almost as a miracle become part of you in a special way and leave a mark in your heart and soul. This spot was one of them as almost a magnetic field of energies with the beam of light right there. IT WAS SPECIAL.

I run for most of the time with Franc and it was nice. It must have been a too easy pace for him but we were both not worrying about it. He did his own thing at times and I did mine. I did increase speed at times and felt strong it was like a game. We both finished strong up steep long hill but I extended my 8.5 mile to make it to 9 miles. I could have gone further which is a good sign but wanted to go into the warm home and settle for the day. I was satisfied. It is too good to believe that I run almost every day now without CS. My legs are so good to me and I will never take them for granted......never ever. I will always thank God for allowing me to continue to experience what I do and go beyond if I can. Run and Become.
