A very easy run sliding like Bambie on Ice. Very tricky run tonight. I was in two minds whether to attempt this run or not. But I was so desperate and so tired that did not really matter. My heart and soul needed to do this run. One thing is for sure that once the Heart makes the decision the body becomes powerless. I cannot really explain in plain logic how I managed to feel so comfortable in this run as I only had 3 hours sleep last night and a tough day ahead. However, running life is full of surprises and if one does not attempt to take the challenge nothing will happen and no-one will ever know what mind,, body and soul can do when they work as a team. It was very slippery tonight. I met a few other runners on the go so I was not just the only crazy one. I am all in one piece and happy to take the risk. Hopefully the weather will be kind soon because I wanted so badly to go faster but I had to use the mind and not play silly games. Plenty of time for this.
