Notes
This was a Tough Run. However, I have to say that it was a good run in terms of abiliity and how the body felt. Today it was freezing weather possibly the coldest day so far and extremely slippery up and down hills. But the views on the white hills were magic with some special peace to offer in the strong sunlight. I had to listen for the cars as I could not see for the strong sun light.
