Not a bad run at all. Following several trigger point work on the gluts and lower right leg and IT Band I managed to put in a run. Of course other contributing factors to this run were:- plenty of good night's sleep and also mild temperature which goes well with CS.

I enjoyed this run despite the numbness now and then. I managed to run and improve and feel better during last miles. This was a surprise run for me.
