Notes

In terms of effort today's run felt like a Tempo run. First time since I started running in Sept I managed to run up the Kirkpatrick Durham on mile hill below 10 min mile. Amazing that CS did not bother me today. Of course it was there because after my run I have to self massage for 1/2 hour to open to tubes and allow circulation flowing. But that is common now for me. Last night if Franc had not done the same to the right leg I would have not been able to put a run today. This is how it goes. The fracture on the right foot moved CS from left to right leg. Amazing how body works and how all partes are connected. With running one thingis for sure that one gets to know the jig saw sequence of the physical body.

While running today nothing bothered me. 2nd day in a row and it is amazing. 6 miles yesterday and 4 fast ones today. I could tell how the cardion struggled with speed and continous effort but one thing is for sure tomorrow or gradually will get easier, faster and more manageable.

I am so excited with today's run. It was a mild sunny day in the country. I am gaining my strength again.......I feel the tough times are over. Despte my neck issues I am managing to run.
