Notes
I was extremely tired. I have not had a proper night's sleep for over 10 days now. It has been tough lacking sleep and coping with work. I felt aged at once. But it was Friday and weekend so I beat the demons of tiredeness and decided to get out there and gather some fresh oxygen. And it was worth while every sec.
I loved my run. It was smooth, flowless and rhythmical. The perfect cadence. The sun, the tranquility and been away from it all made this run special.
I returned home to a nice home baked Pizza by Frankie and this was the perfect ending to the day. I was so tired but so satisfied within. I had to take painkillers to settle for the night. My neck hurts so badly and my thumb also gives me problems. On Mon I am due for Steroid injection on the left thumb at hospital. It is pretty bad now that I cannot hold the gearstick or even reverse the car. It has been tough the last month but slowly is getting better. Hopefully the Greek sun will heal the wounds soon. I am looking so much forward to the break and to run at home too and get the light and the energies.
