Notes
This was an interval workout. I did 3 miles and then I started fast 40 sec with recovery in between at 90 % effort. I did a total of 8 X 40 sec. I , however, felt that I wanted to go faster for last mile rather than warm down as I should (naughty indeed) but in a way I felt good and wanted to test speed and stamina.
I felt good in this run despite the fact that I have lately suffered some weird sensations on the upper left side of thigh near glut area. However, this did not bother me during the run and now I shall be finding out soon whether I will have any probs.
