In terms of quality this was a splendit run. The Day was so magic weatherwise that I had to get out even if my routine is to run every other day or take a day off after a tough day's workout. After a Good Stretching, I decided to go easy and just enjoy the bonus of putting an extra run in a beautiful but freezing sunny day. The grounds were tricky and patchy with ice. Running in my new 758 NB shoes proved to be even more tricky as I found myself sliding slightly. I was though in good control and aware of body balance as I was not running fast. I just loved listening to the music (Time to Love by Steevie and also MJ love songs with a beautiful rhythm) but also Loreena's music. A couple of her songs came up on those sunny Scottish hills with meaning and a sense of self-containment inside. It was really beautiful and once again I do appreciate having these beautiful experiences. The pain in my head has been so much less over the last couple of days which is very hopeful too.
