Brilliant Run. Today also my Garmin (or shall I say Franc's Garmin) allowed me to transfer data to my Log. A nice surprise. It has got its own mind like Frankie (LOL).
It is the first time in months that I was able to run very comfortably and without putting any extra effort. My body went into a zone and without effort allowed me to enjoy the run. First time that I could say that Quality and Effort went hand in hand. CS mild and right leg symptoms almost non existant. After yesterday's labouring run this was a delightful surprise.
Today though I did not run on my own I had SK for compary. I run for him and with him. It is such a unique feeling. One might think I am going mad but I do know that there is sanity in this "madness". It is an amazing feeling that words cannot describe.
