Notes
I set off same time as R&F's race time. Had first Mile brisk walk up hill and then run nicely the 4 miles of the course. Run very well and again listening to my music and also thinking of R and F racing. Somehow I felt I was there running with them and my pace picked up at the last 2 miles. Also felt very powerful in body and mind. It was an amazing run. I felt as I had never stopped running. The whole course took me 45 min.walking and running it. Very pleased with the outcome.
