A freezing cold but beautiful Sunny Day. I was well equipped with appropriate clothing and woolie hat and I LOVED MY RUN. I run in an easy to mediium pace with breathing feeling easy and comfortable at all times. This is an indication of a great run for me in terms of effort. When my breathing no matter the pace runs smoothly then every run becomes naturally easy indiscriminately of the set pace and ground allevation. This was one of those special runs with my beautiful music and immensed in beautiful thougths away from the week's stressfull routine. What more this run was in the beautiful conuntryside which it made it even more so worth while. What else could I have asked for? I run quiet as a batterfly and light as a feather. At the start of the last mile my mother's song came on and then I did a 7.50 mile to home with my body, heart and soul. I DO NEED MORE RUNS LIKE THIS ONE.
