Notes
This was a nice run but a tricky one.
The roads at 9 am were almost like glass. It was very icy to start with and as I was running there was a spit of freezing rain which formed 'black ice' on roads and pavements. All my run was stop / walk / run. It is just a shame as today I felt really good in body in all means and ways. I have to run literally on the middle of road and avoid traffic as it was safer due to roads been salted. I did not expect this today. I was sliding on the flat and my cohesion shoes were the worse for icy weathers. Had I known it would be so bad I would have used my country running shoes that have a good grip.
Now the sun is shining. Franc and Evgenia are out there as I am typing this. Hopefully it will be safer surface for them.
Apart from that today's run was beautiful. No tightness on the hamstring from the very beginning and Hallux was behaving too.
