A joint beautiful Christmas Run with my Frankie in sunny calm weather. Today's weather was a bonus. I did not have enough sleep so it was hard going to start with and hamstring on right leg was also temperamental. However, I was pleasantly surprised that after the first 2 miles the run became effortless and the body felt more alive. It is the running that does this.
Franc felt the same as he was feeling a bit under the weather having lost his voice and feeling physically weak. So, there was togetherness of positive energies in this run with Christmas spirit in the heart and soul.
It has been a great day so far and having Evgenia here with us has made Christmas so special indeed. What else could I ask?
Now, we are all ready for the perfect Christmas Dinner / Good food and some good quality Red wine. -:)
