First manageable run in the cold weather. Today for some unknown reason I coped better than the last 3 runs. It was cold and I had 'funny' sensations on hips, gluts and right leg. I, however, felt loosened up after 2 to 3 miles and managed some good steep hill workout in quite high elevation. I did an easy but faster workout when going up hill for 4 X 200. I felt great and could have done more but made my way home sensibly as the snow was coming down heavy. I was pretty surprised with how I run today. I love snow despite the hurdles and hassles it causes to my running. I am delighted that I have run 5 days in a raw in a long time.
