Another tough run in freezing Boston. Today I felt the coldest ever. I could not even talk to Franc as my lips were frozen and almost lost sensation of the mouth. I just cannot cope in this weather. It is too much for me. It is however worth while going out there and DO IT. It is all about running and fighting the elements no matter what.
