Swimming gets so much easier nowadays. Yoga, lighter in weight and of course consistency and the body goes back where it used to be. Today I felt I could compete again as a Club Swimmer in the 90's. This is a good sign in terms of fitness and muscle work. My neck is so much better now. Yoga has greatly helped me so much already.
