Beautiful Sunny Summer Weather today on Evgenia's Birthday and a Gorgeous Run. It is the first day in the week that although I felt tired due to not been able to sleep last night I however had a wonderful run with positive thougths and less pain. I was at peace today. I left home just to have an easy relaxing run and enjoy what is there to enjoy. And it worked out. I was very excited as I was worrying about finding nice new routes in this place as I thought it was limited of choices. But to my surprise Dumfries and Galloway is full of endless nice scenic countryside and whereas you think it is nothing else outthere suddenly you find yourself in another paradise of combination of hills, water, lochs and beautiful green valleys. Only the sound of birds and the sight of sheep . . . not even one single car on my way. Just Me and The Universe in harmony. No CS, no pain but feeling the body going in an easy relaxing but strong pace. I LOVED IT. First day of the week that I felt emotionally a lot better for whatever reason. I came back home contended and happy. THANK YOU GOD FOR GIVING ME COURAGE TO COPE. It has been a very difficult curve for me this week. But today is Engenia's birthday and I am happy for what is there and looking forward to have her back on Sunday too. Today also Franc and I will enter the Lochness M which is another positive step towards the Goal ... To Qualify for Boston.
