I set off for my run a bit late on the day around 1:30 pm without having had substantial food or drink apart from a banana. I carried away with some paperwork and time went on. By the time I was out there I felt slightly depleted due to lack of energy and also both legs felt a bit tired up the Crichton Hill. I knew that it was because of yesterday's 10 miler. So, I took it easy in terms of pace and as it was a beautiful sunny day I added a couple of easy miles. However, I felt I worked harder in this run (in terms of effort) in comparison to yesterday's 10 miler which felt much easier. Overall this was an enjoyable run despite the slight depletion of the physical body.
