An easy 10 miler. I felt doing more distance but decided to be wised as my shoes do not provide sufficient support for many miles & had no much to eat / drink prior to the run. Also I felt it was going to be a big jump in miles as this is my first 40 weekly miles in 5.5 years. I am quite satisfied with the result as at this moment I need to make sure I do not cause any injuries due to adding too many miles too soon.
