Notes
This was a difficult run. I was tired, my CS was thriving more than ever and at about 2nd mile point my leg decided to play an ugly part too. It nipped me and at some point was throbing dangerously. I focused in finishing the run safely and when I arrived home I felt wiped out physically and emotionally. All was too much for me tonight. I just wanted to run but my body was not ready for this. A good night's sleep will make things better. It was an extremely hot day too. Dying for a rest and shall see what tomorrow brings.
