A long tough run in the cold rain and body exposed to all weather elements up on the hills. This was a new course for me. A very interesting hilly course. This was a good run in terms of physical effort but a very painful run otherwise. I found it very hard today's run. It is hard at times to focus as other matters can come into play. This was a difficult run.
