A very easy run but I found it to be a tough one. It was just about 0 C with freezing wind on my face. My body felt comfortable but I did not enjoy the bitterly cold weather. My finger tips and head felt really frozen. Not wearing my warm hat it was a big mistake. I am glad I wore my long leggins to run so the rest of my body was nice and warm as I kept running. Otherwise this run was another beautiful run. My knee did not present any problemsbut has bothered me on a couple of occasions today walking around. This run although easy it did require more effort than usual.
