I had to 'put the breaks on' again in this run. I felt relatively good for first 3 miles but then started experiencing dizzy spells again. I had to reach home and so I had to keep going and running. When feeling this way I cannot settle for walking as I find running easier and quicker taking me back home.

Today's run tells me that I am not 'out of the woods' yet, as I thought I was. Stressful night led to a problematic run. It is all cause and effect. This is how it is!

However, reaching home and given time I felt more stable on my feet.

Tomorrow many Qs to ask during my G.P app. along with a request for an MRI. One thing is for sure that running helps me so much but I need to take it very easy. Keep writing this, keep on thinking and be mindfully aware not to get carried away, keep on telling myself that less means more. Sometimes my body gets so strong that I loose sight of Do's & Don'ts. I need to find out the happy balance!!!!!!!!
