Just reverted back to brisk walk so to allow a full recovery. During my most recent run (5 miles) which everything went brilliantly well at the time however did struggle a bit with back sensations just about 2 days after my run. Long distance driving on that very same day also did not help. So, having a little break again and will try cross training again and take it from there!
