Notes

For parts of this run I run naturally stronger than other parts almost like a game. The main thing is today and over the last weeks I feel that I am running more than just moving forwards. In running it is a fine line and a very personal one which defined by quality rather than speed and means to the runner that there is a flowing running movement rather than a struggle. In that exactly state the body leads by itself effortlessly although working hard in it's own terms. One cannot find this quality in the clock but in his/her body and soul.

So, now I am running again and so I am able to occupy my mind with either 'Nothing' or 'All and everything' without having to think whether the body will take it or not. And it is a really beautiful feeling because there is no conflict, resistance, waste of energy or any type of pressure. It is a moving motion in a flow mentally, physically, emotionally with all the senses together having the chance to exist or co-exist. I felt like this today and even when I was really physically tired on Sunday's 9 miler. It does make all the difference this in my running.

What I find also to be very interesting is that for every house move I tend to find my own favourite 4 or 5 mile loop which my design and my comfort zone or baseline of all my runs. The fascinating thing is that I am not that far from previous location prior to our move but yet again I tend to re-define my own 'territory' by marking my own roots. It is so primitive, I feel in a way, almost like other mammals design their own rounds, just like a cat. So, today's loop it has become to be my 'own' loop.
