Notes
This was an enjoyable easy going run. From start I went easy and legs were fine for most of the way. Signs of tightness appeared when started going slightly faster at 5 point mile but it was manageable. The last two miles made up in speed for all the run as I worked fast and hard to finish the run. Overall I was happy with this run in not easy weather conditions (very windy). Today was such an emotional day too as for the first time I established contact with Stelios Kiriakidis's son - Dimitris- whom hopyfully all of us will meet in Boston next year. What an amazing experience indeed. So many things have come up over the last year bit by bit and the jig shaw is now coming into a fuller picture. Today 1st of December it is an important day indeed.
