Hard run. Lower back was niggling a little bit prior to starting the run (possibly due to be inactive and driving a lot through the day). Within a mile into my run back felt strong and thus was allowed to focus into my running pace. Worked hard for the first 4 miles all up hill. At that point had tail wind which was fine. When starting coming slightly down hill had strong winds to contermplate for at least 2 miles. I finished feeling good and strong for the last mile with body feeling great. It was a tough but very enjoyable run.
