Did Buckland again after having driven nearly 200 miles and feeling pretty tired prior to my run. But my day's plan was to run the course which I did. My goal today was to run an easy/even but strong pace for first 1 1/2 miles which is the flat part of the course and thereafter to work hard on hills. So, I did hard/fast hillwork with wonderful results. Breathing was tough near at the end of last steep hill but kept going. Winds were extremely strong today ... weather has deteriorated. Overall I was amazed how my body coped being so tired prior to my run. But all went well.
