Notes

Good morning to the Running World with my 109 Ron Hill Mile + 2.3 miles.

Well today I ran in my new Birthday present shoe / Saucony Triumph / ISO 3. Miracle Shoe indeed!!!

Today I had an 'Experiential Experience'! Throughout my running life or study of running from Infant, Primary, Secondary and University Running years I learnt so much and still learning. Now, at the stage of writing my 'Running Dissertation' , I am finding out that I still learn even after an approx. 35.000 on the roads! I am learning that once you have the right Running Shoe you can run so much faster with the same effort. I did not realize today this was happening to me. I was sleep deprived, ill with a virus that caused me Labyrinthitis (balance issues and ear ace due inner ear inflammation). Despite all these issues and with same effort I was running almost 40 to 50 sec faster than any other day. I did not even register up and until I looked my Garmin that never lies. I felt amazingly supported and as almost I was running on a soft carpet that propelled my feet and pushed without even feeling any pressure on the arthritic joint of my left toe (Hallux Rigidus). Miracles can happen and today for me this was an apocalypse in my running. The Saucony Triumph / ISO 3 is my Hermes that gives set wings to my feet. So, Lady Hermes took flight today. I am feeling exhausted but so happy as I am writing this.

So, runners out there just make sure you run in the right shoe. Then you will know the difference between running and moving forwards at the perfect Cadence!!!!

I only have to thank God for this and I now know what to go for and of course my Frankie, who suggested visiting Shivers Running Shop.

This was an amazing run -:)
