Today was cold and nippy but good to see the sun!
Glutes / hips and hammy still pulling and feeling stiff. The entire hip area on either side is tensed. Allowed me though to run without pain. Avoiding the hills is hard as there is nowhere flat land around here. Even up an easy hill hammy pulls tight.
Keep on working on the Physio Excercises daily. It feels good working out those deep muscles. This is a new territory for me. Never had issues before in that department. However, I have a feeling that it is not going to be long lasting. Fighting back is the antidote. Happy with this week's miles and looking forward to 2014!
