3 miles is good enough. Hips, gluts and hamstring still a bit tight but no pain. Avoiding hills is the best thing I can do at the present time. Weather today is pretty windy and wild but mild.
Christmas is almost here and it is a beautiful time of the year. I am so grateful for been able to run and enjoy running. I have a feeling that 2014 will be a good year and I am holding on to this feeling -:)
