Notes

This run was like my working day ........Intense. I was all over the place. It was a mixture of a Tempo Run incorporating Hill Repeats and Interval Work. All mixed up and not in any particular order. I just had to take it out of my system. I wanted to run, it was not easy as I felt tired but it was enjoyable because it was hard and nothing came easy, if this makes sense. It was emotionally rewarding especially pushing up the hill in the very end.

The difference between a tough day at work and a tough run is that the first kills you and you almost feel the intensity as poison running in your veins with immense pressure on your heart and physical body whilst the second (running tough) releases the pressure, the stress and you feel alive and rejuvenated. What a difference after the run. I felt alive again.

No matter how tired or depleted or lacking energy when I run it all comes together. I would strongly advocate that one needs to run every day to fight all the illnesses at a physical, mental, emotional and psychological level. Running is a spiritual catharsis and an amazing form of cleansing the soul. The Divine Nectar for the soul. This is what Running is.

Even my toe joint does not hurt when I run. It hurts more when I walk but less when I run.

So, this run was another blessing from God.
