Very mild day today weather wise. I went by the wall clock again but distance is pretty accurate. I felt relatively O.K but weak as I had not eaten much and had to run anyway before. So, I think, on this occasion I had an understanding of my weakness. Head was fine and toe-joint not bad at all. The latter yesterday I gave me some hard time, 'out of the blue'. I never really know when the arthritic joint pain will be at its worse. It's like the weather! Having said that I am surprised that still allows me to run -:). The massage from Frankie does wonders for it along with the Balsam Oil from Stoupa. Alternative ways of dealing with arthritic pain cannot be underestimated.
So, another Sunday run and it is 5 weeks today I lost my beautiful companion, my Muffy. My heart is still broken and I cannot believe he is not here with me but his soul will always be!
