Notes

An easy run to start with and for first 3 miles. Felt strong and worked hard and fast for last 3 miles. So it was really a mixed run (Easy and fast). The last 2 miles run tempo pace. I felt really good after 3 miles. My body tends to struggle a bit for first coupe of miles but then gets into a nice steady pace and builds up steady/faster pace like the old good days. It is a lovely feeling to experience this as distance increases. So, I now hope that I will be able to apply this on the day of the 1/2 Marathon building up speed every 3 to 4 miles and finishing with a tempo pace for last 4 to 5 miles. So, conservative to start with and then go with the flow. Not long now and looking forward to run the RACE.
