Notes

3x3 miles (8 laps) in the athletic fields with 2 laps recovery between each. Ran it with Perry while Phil was there, too. Didn't feel fully recovered from previous days of running, but my system handled it well enough that semi-sore legs weren't too limiting. Took the last 3 laps of the final set a bit harder than maybe I should have, but whatever.

Did half a pack of Gu every 3 miles and took Gatorade between sets.
