Ran some 200s on the grass practice field. Just ran up one way, jogged back the other way, and repeated 8 times. Perry did 6 of them with me. Intervals are measured highly inaccurately. I rounded the seconds up or down,so my total tally is actually almost exactly what my watch said. It's just that when trying to do .125 of a 1600 on a grass strip using your Garmin, you really don't know how many meters off you are.
